It encourages the creation of new initiatives and ventures in coffee-producing areas so that women can achieve financial independence not only during the coffee harvest season but throughout the rest of the year.<\/p>\n

How does it work?<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

We buy coffee at a differentiated price, that is, at a higher value. Part of this differentiated price is allocated to the generation of seed capital. The seed capital is intended to support small women-owned businesses or businesses that generate female employment. Businesses must have a low environmental impact, be sustainable, and generate income.<\/p>\n

The participating women gain financial independence and help improve the quality of life for families in rural areas.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n
