THE PROJECT
It encourages the creation of new initiatives and ventures in coffee-producing areas so that women can achieve financial independence not only during the coffee harvest season but throughout the rest of the year.

How does it work?
We buy coffee at a differentiated price, that is, at a higher value. Part of this differentiated price is allocated to the generation of seed capital. The seed capital is intended to support small women-owned businesses or businesses that generate female employment. Businesses must have a low environmental impact, be sustainable, and generate income.
The participating women gain financial independence and help improve the quality of life for families in rural areas.
