Starting in 2011, we began the export process and made decisions that remain relevant in the industry today. We decided to return to our roots and focus on the terroir. The magic of specialty coffee begins in the fields. That's why at Galletti, we have strived for honest and collaborative work with our network of coffee growers and partner producers. It's not just about buying the beans their land produces, but about learning their stories, understanding their realities, creating feedback loops to optimize product quality, developing new ideas, and, above all, growing together as a community.

The magic of coffee begins in the field

In 2012, Café Galletti, together with the Las Golondrinas Cloud Forest Coffee Growers Association, received recognition and co-financing from the Ecuadorian-German Chamber of Industry and Commerce (AHK), through the CSR award “Ideas that help your community.” This recognition gave greater viability to the “Save a Cloud Forest” program, which reforested 240 hectares in the Carchi province by planting coffee trees, in addition to generating more profitable income for local producers.

Today, 30 years later, we are one of the leading coffee brands in Ecuador, present in supermarkets, suppliers to renowned restaurants, hotels and companies, as well as creators of four outstanding coffee shops in the city of Quito. But above all, we are a socially responsible brand committed to the planet, people, community involvement, prosperity, and purpose. We continue to cultivate purpose.
